### **Job Title: SEO Specialist** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Client Business Hours (with flexibility for campaign deadlines, audits, and reporting cycles) ### **About the Role** Our client is seeking an SEO Specialist to improve website visibility, increase organic search rankings, and drive sustainable inbound traffic growth across digital properties. This role requires a strong blend of technical SEO expertise, keyword strategy, content optimization, analytics, and problem-solving. The SEO Specialist will work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure websites are search engine-friendly, technically optimized, and continuously improving in authority, rankings, and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and organic growth opportunities. ### **Responsibilities** ### **Keyword Research & SEO Strategy** • Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner • Map keywords to user intent, search behavior, and buyer journey stages • Build SEO-driven content strategies aligned with organic traffic and conversion goals • Identify content gaps, ranking opportunities, and competitor weaknesses ### **On-Page SEO Optimization** • Optimize metadata, title tags, headings, internal linking, image alt text, and URL structures • Implement structured data and schema markup where applicable • Ensure content remains SEO-friendly while maintaining readability and brand voice • Perform content audits and provide recommendations for optimization or expansion ### **Technical SEO** • Conduct technical SEO audits using Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SEMrush, or similar tools • Identify and resolve crawl issues, indexation problems, duplicate content, broken links, and redirect errors • Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance • Manage XML sitem
