### **SEO Specialist** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Location:** Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours (Flexible for audits, reporting cycles, and campaign deadlines) ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a data-driven and technically skilled SEO Specialist to improve organic visibility, increase search rankings, and drive qualified inbound traffic across client websites. This role combines technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, analytics, and website performance improvements to support long-term organic growth. You’ll work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, solve technical issues, and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings and conversions. This is not a basic content publishing role. We’re looking for someone who understands the full SEO ecosystem — from technical audits and Core Web Vitals to keyword intent, structured data, and conversion-focused optimization.
