What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of professional SEO experience, Proficiency with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO best practices, Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify, Understanding of keyword research, search intent, and organic growth strategy
Nice to Have
Experience improving rankings for competitive or high-volume keywords, Familiarity with advanced technical SEO audits and structured data/schema markup, Experience with international SEO or multi-language websites, Exposure to SaaS, e-commerce, content publishing, or high-growth digital brands, Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for SEO implementation collaboration
