About The Role Hi, I'm Jason Eliason https://www.linkedin.com/in/jason-eliason-72764b307/ and I lead the Jane Marketing Services team. I've been at Jane for two years, and what we're building here is genuinely unusual - a team embedded inside a healthcare SaaS product, delivering SEO, Google Ads, Social, and Website services exclusively to the clinics that run their practices on Jane. Every win we get in local search translates directly to more bookings for a practitioner. That connection to real people running real healthcare businesses is something I care about a lot. This role is for someone ready to make a significant leap. You've probably been working with a handful of sites at a time and done well. Now the question is: are you excited to figure out how to do that across hundreds? That's the real shift this role demands, and it's what makes it interesting. You'd be inheriting a proven SEO program and we're looking for someone who can push it forward - filling real gaps, elevating the team, and becoming the first escalation point between our SEO Representatives and our Platform Lead. What Impact We're Looking For You To Make - Own complex client escalations before they reach the Platform Lead, bringing confident, well-reasoned recommendations that keep the team moving and protect the quality of our client relationships. - Identify strategic patterns and opportunities across a 300+ clinic portfolio and bring forward recommendations that improve outcomes at scale - thinking like a business owner, not just an SEO practitioner. - Improve the systems, workflows, and internal documentation the SEO Representative team runs on, elevating how the program operates and what it consistently delivers. - Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and hands-on guidance - raising the technical floor across the whole group.
