All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. ABOUT ROLE We’re hiring an SEO Specialist to own and execute BJAK’s SEO strategy across markets. This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and continuous optimization to drive meaningful organic growth. You’ll be responsible for improving search performance end-to-end — from technical foundations and content optimization to performance tracking and competitive analysis. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Plan, execute, and optimize SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. - Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities. - Optimize on-page elements including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure. - Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-driven content that ranks and converts. - Monitor and analyze SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, and conversions. - Perform technical SEO audits (site structure, indexing, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals). - Identify and resolve SEO issues related to site health, indexing, or performance drops. - Track algorithm updates and search trends, and adapt strategies
