Buscamos un SEO Manager que pueda liderar la estrategia orgánica de cuentas clave, combinando mirada estratégica con ejecución real. Este no es un rol solo de planificación: necesitamos a alguien que entienda el negocio, tome decisiones y empuje resultados. **Job Description:** **¿Qué va a hacer en el día a día?** Va a liderar la estrategia SEO de las cuentas, partiendo por entender en profundidad dónde está parado cada cliente. Esto implica realizar auditorías completas que permitan identificar brechas y definir un roadmap claro de crecimiento. Un foco importante del rol es asegurar la correcta estructura del sitio. Se espera que puedas evaluar y proponer mejoras en arquitectura web, organización de contenidos, jerarquías y enlazado interno, asegurando que la base del sitio esté alineada con buenas prácticas SEO y preparada para escalar. En paralelo, va a trabajar fuertemente la capa técnica: levantar y gestionar mejoras relacionadas con indexación, rastreo, canonicals, duplicidades, errores 404, renderizado (incluyendo sitios con JavaScript) y performance. No se trata solo de detectar problemas, sino de bajarlos a acciones concretas y hacer seguimiento con equipos de desarrollo hasta su implementación.
