We work across speech recognition, speech generation, and speech-to-speech systems with a strong focus on low latency, multilingual intelligence, and production reliability. Our goal is simple: Smaller models. Lower latency. Higher intelligence. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for someone obsessed with SEARCH both traditional and AI-native. You'll own our organic presence across search engines and generative AI surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). The goal is simple: make Smallest AI the answer every time someone asks about speech AI. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll be our first dedicated SEO/GEO hire, building systems from scratch and working directly with Content Team, DevRel Team, and Product Team. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON 1. Technical SEO & content strategy - site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup. Build a keyword universe around STT, TTS, and voice AI and own the editorial calendar that feeds it. 2. Generative engine optimization (GEO) - make Smallest AI the default citation in AI-generated answers. Structure content for LLM retrieval through entity building, prompt-answerable pages, and authoritative sourcing. 3. Rankings & reporting - track organic traffic, SERP visibility, and AI citation share. Build dashboards that tie SEO/GEO to pipeline, not just vanity metrics. 4. Link building & digital PR - earn high-authority backlinks through data-led content, research reports, and developer ecosystem partnerships. 5. Developer-first SEO - collaborate with DevRel to rank for API docs, SDK guides, and "how to build with speech AI" queries. Understand what developers search for and make sure we show up.
