Must Have
5 + years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in SEO and organic growth strategy, Proven track record of increasing brand prominence, organic traffic, and conversions for B2B companies (ideally SaaS or technology), understanding of entity-based search tactics, Knowledge Graph management, and semantic NLP optimization, Experience designing or optimizing content specifically for AI/LLM discoverability or answer engines, Analytical skills using GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), Comfort operating in a measurement environment that is still maturing, able to set meaningful KPIs and defend them when complete attribution isn't available, Technical understanding of HTML, metadata, and on-page optimization enough to brief developers, Highly collaborative, hands-on mindset, capable of juggling strategic planning and execution
Nice to Have
Experience with AEO and visibility strategies in LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity), Background in M&A, financial technology, or transaction lifecycle content, Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering concepts or entity-based UX optimization, Understanding of content distribution strategies to feed AI knowledge (e.g., public knowledge graphs, structured publishing, AI indexing enablement), Knowledge of CRO and high-intent conversion strategies for organic landing pages, Certifications in SEO, analytics, or AI-related marketing methodologies

Implement long-term AI readiness improvements
Conduct SEO and entity-based keyword research
Lead a localization strategy across priority markets
Track and report on organic search performance
Proactively test Datasite visibility within AI assistants
Educate the marketing team on AEO best practices and evolving AI trends in digital discovery
