As a SEO & GEO marketer you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. This job is for you if you: - have 4 years of relevant experience in SEO, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment - have hands-on experience with optimizing for AI-driven search, and understand how SEO is evolving towards GEO - understand how content is surfaced in LLMs and can translate this into actionable strategies - have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches - understand how SEO contributes to broader growth goals (not just rankings) - don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes - are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans. - are always looking for the newest AI tools and knowledge available in the industry - take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients - are able to analyse data and can present in a clear, understandable way to others What we value in everyone at Dapper Dapper works as a close-knit team with different perspectives, but the same energy to push boundaries and raise the bar.
