Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Collaborate with SEO leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute editorial and organic growth strategies. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze competitor performance, search trends, and market dynamics to uncover opportunities for content expansion and optimization. Optimize existing content through improvements to metadata, page structure, internal linking, content briefs, and on-page SEO elements. Support backlink analysis initiatives and identify relevant outreach opportunities to strengthen domain authority. Review content and website structures to identify technical SEO enhancements, including schema implementation and site performance improvements. Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and key SEO performance metrics to measure success and guide future strategies. Work closely with content creators and production teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the content lifecycle. Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates, industry developments, and emerging SEO techniques. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Strong hands-on experience with on-page SEO, including keyword research, competitor analysis, internal linking strategies, and content optimization. Experience supporting off-page SEO initiatives, including backlink research, outreach campaigns, and authority-building activities. Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts, including schema markup, canonical tags, crawlability, indexing, and site speed optimization. Familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make actionable recomm
