**Work From Anywhere in LATAM** **and Philippines** **Work Schedule:** 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET **Compensation Range:** $1,500 An SEO, web design and development, and product-positioning agency serving startups, tech companies, and B2B brands is looking for an SEO Copy Editor to strengthen the craft side of its content programs and own editorial quality across multiple client brands. The team is small, fast-moving, and works directly with founders, marketers, and engineers building real products. Content runs through structured, repeatable systems — from keyword research to brief, draft, and publish — and the editorial bar is high: original, accurate, genuinely useful work that stands out in a crowded space. Day-to-day, this role oversees a team of SEO writers, refines tone and accuracy, and edits both human and AI-generated drafts for clarity and consistency. It maintains brand voice guidelines per client and aligns writing with keyword strategy, topical depth, and internal-linking goals. Success means every published piece meets editorial and technical SEO standards, on deadline, across several content calendars at once. **Requirements** [](https://www.loom.com/share/863b8e426e6d48309aa8f4ea4c1c94cd)**Must-Have** * 4+ years of writing or editing experience for B2B, SaaS, or marketing-focused companies * Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO * Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — search intent, content structure, and on-page optimization * Demonstrated experience editing other writers' and AI-generated drafts for clarity, accuracy, and consistency * Experience building and maintaining brand voice guidelines across multiple clients or brands * C1+ English (CEFR) for editorial-quality writing and editing **Nice-to-Have** * Experience building editorial QC checklists and templates across multiple content calendars * Background in an SEO or content agency managing several client brands simultaneously * Conversion-focused copywriting
