The Role We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical SEO & AEO Manager to lead Donorbox’s organic growth across Google Search, AI Overviews, and other community and International search markets. This role combines SEO, AEO, Content strategy, and community-driven organic growth. This is not a “publish endless blog posts” role. We care about leverage, prioritization, and finding the 20% of opportunities that drive 80% of growth. Responsibilities SEO & AEO Strategy Develop and execute Donorbox’s SEO and AEO strategy Improve visibility across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Reddit, and conversational search Optimize content for semantic search, entity recognition, citations, and answer engines Keyword Research & Content Strategy Identify high-impact keyword opportunities with strong business value Partner with content and product marketing teams to create authoritative content that ranks and converts Grow topical authority across nonprofit fundraising, church giving, CRM, donor engagement, events, and fundraising technology International & Localization SEO Grow organic visibility across the USA, Eu
