Government Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years, ability to obtain and maintain a Special Program Access, Experience in verification planning, Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) (2+ years), Experience with Requirement development and management
Nice to Have
Experience leading interdisciplinary design efforts on defense or aerospace programs, Systems Engineering skills (3+ years), A minimum 3 years of related experience leading a team of engineers, Experience working across multiple functional organizations, Experience in control account management (CAM), Experience in technical leadership, systems engineering, and design integration, Experience with ICBM programs, Ability to lead a team of approximately 30+ engineers and manage a small support team, Excellent leadership and communication skills, Extensive MBSE experience (3+ years), Cameo, DOORS, Rhapsody, Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR), Experience with Agile Development, Experience as team lead and team development, Experience with NX, TeamCenter, Experience with managing scope through major program reviews (ie, CDR), Experience with complex system development on large programs, Proven performance as an Engineering Leader in all phases of acquisition, design, integration, and execution, Ability to rapidly assess and lend guidance to projects, demonstrated mentoring and guidance to engineers, Active TS Clearance and Special Program Access
