What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's OR Master's degree in a relevant engineering, mathematics, or science field, A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, strategy, or technical field, Familiarity with current and planned national security space and ground systems, Experience with the U. S. space technologies and related policy issues, Interest and enthusiasm for understanding global space domain mission and operations, Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and distributed teams, Current and active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph, U. S citizenship

Nice to Have

12 years of experience in engineering, strategy, or technical field, Highly motivated self-starter capable of both independent analysis and collaborating with teams, Ability to analyze technical data, produce novel insights and conclusions, and effectively communicate the results, Communication skills to be able to effectively coordinate exchanges between technical staff, government customers, and mission partners, Experience in consensus building across a diverse set of stakeholders with varied objectives, Familiarity with new and emerging space-based technologies, Experience with and knowledge of IC & DoD mission partners, Experience with sensitive activity management, Demonstrated history of proactive engagement and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, Experience developing and presenting strategic decision-making & communications artifacts for senior leaders

What You'll Do.

Leading & supporting technical reviews of sensitive space technologies and program protection strategies

Supporting and leading technical reviews of new technology insertion & sensitive activity support

Conducting strategic technology and risk assessments across the DoD

and Civil Space domains to inform senior-level decisions

Collaborating across the enterprise with program office counterparts and mission partners to effectively engage Aerospace’s subject matter expertise
