Full Job Description
## Accountabilities In this role, you will own the strategy, production, and performance of a YouTube and podcast ecosystem, ensuring strong audience growth and measurable business impact through high-quality content execution and distribution. Define and lead the editorial strategy and content roadmap for YouTube and podcast channels aligned with growth objectives. Manage guest sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and preparation to ensure high-quality podcast conversations. Oversee end-to-end video and audio production, coordinating editors, designers, and creative contributors. Design and execute multi-channel distribution strategies across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, and newsletters. Analyze performance metrics including engagement, retention, and conversion to continuously optimize content strategy. Repurpose long-form content into high-performing assets across social and marketing channels. Collaborate with growth and product teams to align content with broader acquisition and retention goals. Manage SEO-driven publishing workflows across WordPress and newsletter platforms. Drive audience engagement and community growth across all content platforms. Contribute to CRM-based campaign tracking and performance attribution using tools such as HubSpot. Mentor junior contributors and help establish scalable production workflows and content standards. Requirements This role requires a strong background in multimedia content strategy, YouTube and podcast growth, and performance-driven marketing within digital or tech-focused environments. 4–6 years of experience in YouTube growth, podcast production, or content marketing with ownership of strategy and execution.
