We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Workplace Experience Specialist to support our teams in India. This role leads the Bangalore office operations and employee experience for India-based employees, while also supporting workplace needs for UAE and Deel (Employer of Record) employees. At the P3 level, you will work independently across workplace initiatives and partner closely with People, IT, Finance, Legal, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure the office runs efficiently and reflects Bloomreach’s culture and values.
