Responsibilities * Design and deploy decentralized solutions for customer applications using PowerShell scripts and distribution platforms such as MECM/SCCM and Microsoft Intune — because doing something three times manually simply isn't your style * Manage system integration and configuration via Group Policies, registry settings, and configuration files to ensure seamless operation of Microsoft 365 Apps * Drive proactive monitoring and continuous optimization of the platform, operational processes, and tooling landscape * Package applications and hand off packages into the deployment pipeline, including browser-based and local workstation installations * Act as a 2nd-level support contact for application errors and requirements, coordinating with service providers and manufacturers to resolve issues efficiently * Create and maintain clear, thorough technical docume
