Responsibilities * Ensure optimal performance, uptime, and reliability of Microsoft 365 services, with primary focus on Office 365 Apps and the end-user productivity experience. * Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 desktop applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access (where applicable) * Diagnose and resolve application crashes, performance issues, startup failures, add-in conflicts, and configuration problems. * Plan and execute Office Apps upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts, including compatibility testing and user impact assessment, to keep services current and aligned with business needs. * Implement and maintain security and compliance controls to protect M365 services from unauthorized access and support organizational standards. * Manage and resolve support tickets via ITSM tools, prioritize tasks against SLAs,
