Lead high volume hiring events

Manage delivery of Associate labor

Manage vendor suppliers

Manage vendor engagement initiatives

Own tactical development of community engagement plans

Own delivery of community engagement plans

Support labor demand planning

Drive country wide Workforce Staffing events

Manage a complex recruitment process

Meet all customer SLAs

Partner with business operations leaders

Partner with finance regional leaders

Mitigate risk due to labor fulfillment

Determine hiring strategy

Consider local market conditions

Consider cost per hire

Use multiple channels in sourcing

Keep current on recruiting sourcing trends

Interpret sourcing data

Suggest viability of sourcing strategy

Suggest improvements needed

Challenge commercial contract terms

Partner with Procurement

Examine causes of adverse trends

Conduct root cause analysis
