Manage a complex recruitment process
Meet all customer SLAs
Partner with business operations leaders
Partner with finance regional leaders
Mitigate risk due to labor fulfillment
Determine hiring strategy

Use multiple channels in sourcing
Keep current on recruiting sourcing trends
