Must Have
7+ years of experience in HRIT, enterprise integrations, or related systems, 5+ years of hands‑on Workday integration experience, understanding of HR data flows and downstream systems (Payroll, Finance, Identity, external vendors), Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex technical work as an individual contributor, Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Workday Integration Certification, Experience working within established enterprise architecture and delivery frameworks, Ability to document technical designs and integration specifications, Experience collaborating with cross‑functional application teams, Exposure to operational support and incident management processes

Participate in working sessions
Participate in status discussions
Identify integration risks
