Must Have
4 + years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Absence, Compensation, and/or Talent., understanding of core HR processes and worker data., Experience supporting global or regional Workday tenants in large multinational environments., Proven expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, EIBs, mass data loads, and configuration migrations., analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., Comfortable working in a support/AMS model with ticketing systems and operational KPIs., Understanding the importance of proper information management., Knowledge of information security and data protection., Effective management of information security
Nice to Have
Knowledge of additional modules (Benefits, Reporting, Recruiting, Onboarding, Security, Payroll – CA/UK) is a plus.
What You'll Do.
and support Workday HCM and related functional areas (Absence
Manage tenant configuration
Business Process Frameworks
and functional/security dependencies.
Support end-to-end annual cycles (performance
compensation) for large user populations.
Perform mass data operations using EIBs
and tenant migrations.
Troubleshoot complex functional issues
assessing impacts across Workday modules and integrations.
Provide functional support through ticketing tools
ensuring compliance with SLAs
