Must Have
3-5 years of experience or training with Workday HCM, with a focus on configuration and optimization, Expertise in HR operations, including Performance Management, Learning, and Talent processes, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite advanced Excel skills including data validation, formulas, and pivot tables required, Proven ability to consult with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
Nice to Have
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and solution design, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
