NX, Catia, CADD), 5+ years of engineering experience associated with the development, selection, and/or revision of parts, materials, and processes specifications used to make electrical wiring and associated electrical systems, 5+ years of experience with Teamcenter/IPDM or equivalent drawing release tools

Senior Wire Design & Installation Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Global Services team in Long Beach, CA is seeking two experienced **Senior Wire Design & Installation Engineers** to lead equipment and wire‑routing installations in support of the C‑17 military cargo aircraft worldwide. This role is located in **Long Beach, CA**. The ideal candidates are self‑motivated, take ownership of their work, communicate clearly (verbal and written), and are customer‑focused with the ability to build strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for selecting equipment locations and directing electrical/electronic equipment and wire‑harness installations. Responsibilities include support for equipment support structures, cockpit instrument panels, avionics racks and cooling, miscellaneous brackets, and machined parts design. The position directs design requirements, oversees installation documentation and verification, coordinates multi‑discipline teams, and mentors junior engineers.
