What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7–10 years of experience in IP networking, WiFi, or distributed systems engineering, working knowledge of IP networking technologies (IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, NAT), Hands on experience supporting F5 BIG IP solutions (LTM, DNS/GTM, WAF) in production environments, Solid understanding of WiFi technologies including 802. 11 standards, WPA2/WPA3, Passpoint/Hotspot 2. 0, roaming, RADIUS, and EAP, Experience designing, deploying, or operating highly available and secure networked systems, Practical experience applying security best practices across network and platform layers, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

Experience working in containerized or cloud native environments (Kubernetes, service mesh, etc. ), Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools (Terraform, CI/CD pipelines), Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry, Exposure to performance engineering concepts such as load testing and capacity planning, collaboration skills and experience working with cross functional engineering and product teams, Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
