Position Overview At EPIC, we believe wellbeing drives performance, engagement, and long-term success. As a Senior Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life for our clients. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our National Wellbeing and Health Management Practice to deliver high-impact programs that support employee health and organizational outcomes. You’ll blend hands-on program execution with client-facing partnership—serving as both the engine behind seamless delivery and a trusted resource to consultants and account teams. What You’ll Do Drive Wellbeing Program Delivery Lead the end-to-end execution of onsite and virtual wellbeing initiatives (health fairs, flu clinics, screenings, campaigns, and more) Manage logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client programs simultaneously Coordinate vendors, confirm scheduling, and oversee live event execution—including troubleshooting when needed Monitor participation and outcomes to ensure programs deliver measurable results Partner with Clients Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients Build strong, consultative relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness Support consultants and account managers with program insights, recommendations, and follow-ups Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with broader client wellbeing strategies Manage Projects 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees; 12 company-observed paid holidays; 4 early-close days Generous leave time options: Paid parental leave, pregnancy disability and bonding leave, and organ donor/bone marrow donor leave Generous employee referral bonus program of $1,500 per hired referral Employee recognition programs for demonstrating EPIC’s values plus additional employee recognition aw
