Tech., 8+ years of relevant industry experience, understanding of thermal well integrity risks, Ability to evaluate and balance inspection/data acquisition costs against operational value and risk reduction, Experience interpreting inspection data, conducting defect assessments, performing fitness-for-service (FFS) evaluations, Proficiency in data management, analytics, technical interpretation
