5+ years of experience designing web-based digital products, Experience designing products from scratch, Advanced proficiency in Figma, Experience working with complex business workflows, Experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools, Experience integrating AI into design workflows, Attention to detail, Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders, Good ability to navigate constraints, Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, Structured, self-organized approach to work, Knowledge of accessibility principles, Research and problem solving, Good level of spoken and written English
Nice to Have
Experience in pre-sale and pitch activities, Experience designing mobile applications, Experience in audit, inspection, or compliance-related domains, Previous experience mentoring or leading designers
