What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience designing and building complex, production-grade client-side web applications, from initial planning through to deployment, Advanced production experience with TypeScript, React, Next. js, CSS frameworks and component libraries, Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), automations, and AI-assisted development tools, Experience contributing to the evolution and scalability of web platforms, including large-scale migrations, web performance optimization, technical SEO, headless CMS, and frontend architecture, The ability to set the technical vision for a project, contribute to the team's roadmap, and proactively make sound, independent technical decisions even in ambiguous or fast-moving environments, Experience being a technical partner in planning, executing, and shipping features in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, Experience shipping quality software quickly, focusing on customer value and iteration, Ability to offer constructive feedback through code reviews and a genuine interest in mentoring junior and intermediate developers
