excellent writer and editor with editorial judgement, portfolio of high-performing web content, comfortable using data to make decisions, hands-on experience with GA4 and behavioural analytics tools like Hotjar, understand how web content drives acquisition and conversion, familiar with SEO principles, excited by the evolution of AI-driven discovery and GEO, think about outcomes, not just outputs, care deeply about performance, confident working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing and design teams, comfortable challenging briefs and operating in a fast-moving environment, experience working in B2C environments, ideally within high-consideration service businesses, happy in a hands-on Senior IC role with a high level of autonomy

What You'll Do.

improve and optimise web content across the Zopa website

support pages and acquisition journeys

create and optimise landing pages for both organic and paid traffic

brief design and creative teams on new CMS modules
