# **Position:** Senior Web Content Designer # **Job Description:** **Overview** The Senior Web Content Designer is responsible for delivering engaging, high-performing web experiences that bring Arrow’s global marketing campaigns to life. Combining creative, technical, and operational expertise, this role ensures that content across _arrow.com_ is visually compelling, user-centric, and aligned with business objectives. You will serve as the team’s CMS expert and play a key role in standardizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent execution across all digital campaign touchpoints. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Web Content Creation & Publishing** * Design, build, and publish campaign landing pages, manufacturer pages, event pages, and editorial content on _arrow.com_ * Create and update digital assets including banners, promotional elements, and page components * Translate marketing briefs into compelling, conversion-oriented web experiences * Ensure content aligns with brand standards, UX best practices, and campaign goals ### **Content Management & Optimization** * Own content updates and maintenance within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Optimize pages for performance, usability, SEO, and accessibility * Leverage reusable components and templates to increase scalability and consistency * Continuously enhance layouts, structures, and content approaches ### **Subject Matter Expertise (SME)** * Act as the primary expert for CMS tools, content structures, and publishing workflows * Define and enforce best practices for web content creation and governance * Provide guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders and team members * Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and efficiency ### **Cross-functional Collaboration** * Partner with campaign managers, designers, developers, and supplier stakeholders * Align closely with global marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign execution * Manage content r
