What They're Looking For.

Must Have

minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, post-secondary degree in related field of study, Experience in selling to Investment Advisors or HNW clients, CFP designation

Nice to Have

Experience in financial planning is an asset, MBA considered an asset, LL. B/LL. L/LL. M is considered an asset, Life Insurance designation is considered an asset, Working knowledge of financial planning software (NaviPlan an asset), Trust & Estate Practitioner

What You'll Do.

Provide wealth planning

advanced financial planning

Works collaboratively in partnership with Investment Advisors

Develop and deliver a client-focussed wealth planning experience

Participates in the end-to-end wealth planning experience

Creates awareness of key products and services

Supports the growth and retention of client assets

Executes a disciplined approach to all sales and wealth management strategies

Leads/facilitates goals-based discovery process directly with clients

Develops detailed and complex financial plans for clients

Conducts presentations to clients

Implements strategies to increase the scope of services

Develops internal/external networks and referral sources

Ensures that the region's client experience standards are met

Acts as a trusted advisor

Assists in the development of strategic plans

Identifies emerging issues and trends

Supports the execution of strategic initiatives

Helps determine business priorities

Conducts independent analysis and assessment

Works closely with Investment Advisors

Works with Branch Managers

Leverages expert planning resources

Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders

Breaks down strategic problems

Provides coaching/training to Investment Advisors

Develops and executes regular sales campaigns

integrated and customized advice

Creates & implements wealth planning strategies

Reinforces sales processes and the client experience

Demonstrates a consultative and collaborative selling approach

Provides insight and expertise on advanced financial planning concepts

Protects the Bank’s assets

Provides specialized consulting

analytical and technical support

Exercises judgment to identify

Works independently and regularly handles non-routine situations

Take measured risks while protecting the bank

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works collaboratively in partnership with Investment Advisors; Works closely with Investment Advisors in the development and delivery of HNW management solutions; Works with Branch Managers to increase awareness of Wealth Management Consultants; Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders; Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
