What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field., Professional Engineer (PE) license, Extensive and progressive experience in water treatment facility design., Experience designing water treatment facilities in Texas is needed, Proven success in managing large and/or complex water treatment facility design projects., Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools for design, project management, and analysis., Excellent communication and client management abilities., Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint., Valid Driver's License

What You'll Do.
and delivery of municipal drinking water treatment plants and other water treatment projects
serve as a technical expert in process and facility design
Provide technical oversight and mentoring to project managers and engineers
Support projects across the broader Water Resources team
integrating treatment facility expertise with conveyance
and utility infrastructure projects.
Prepare project documents and designs
and plan and coordinate specific aspects of water treatment engineering work.
Perform QA/QC on project deliverables
ensuring the technical accuracy and constructability of water treatment plant designs and documentation.
Oversee project teams
ensuring alignment with technical standards
and organizational goals.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning for water/wastewater services
assist with business development efforts including client engagement and proposal development.
Prepare proposals and/or funding applications.
