Arrow provides extraordinary value to customers and suppliers - the best technology companies in the world - and connects them through the company's industry-leading services. **Principal Accountabilities** **Shift 2: 2:00 - 9:15 (Monday - Saturday)** * Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded. * Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel. * With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically will need to elevate complex issues. * Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues. * Other duties as assigned. **Job Complexity
