Hospitals, hotels, schools, bridges, airports and more.** **Come build a career you believe in.** **About the Role** As a **Senior Warehouse Manager** at **Wheatland Tube** , a division of **Zekelman Industries** , you will lead a critical part of the supply chain by overseeing warehouse and distribution operations to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused execution. This role is responsible for managing inventory, logistics, and outbound shipping while optimizing material flow across a multi-product, multi-modal environment. You will collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to drive on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence. This is a full-time, onsite role located in Rochelle, IL. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and is passionate about safety, continuous improvement, and team development. **What You’ll Do** * Oversee warehouse and distribution operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics. * Travel up to 25% to support Midwest distribution Centers. * Coordinate multi-modal shipping operations including truckload, rail, and intermodal transportation. * Drive on-time delivery performance, dock utilization, and yard efficiency to support production and customer schedules. * Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation processes, and inventory control best practices. * Collaborate with production planning, logistics, and sa
