Must Have
Active Secret Clearance (minimum), Extensive experience in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vSAN, and NSX, Proven ability to deploy, upgrade, and maintain VCF environments, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Ability to travel full-time to various client sites
Nice to Have
VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or equivalent), Experience working in DoD or government environments, Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for VMware deployments
What You'll Do.

Upgrade and optimize vSphere

Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues
Ensure system security and compliance in accordance with DoD and government standards

Maintain documentation and best practices for VMware environments
