Must Have
10 years of project management experience in IT/mobility or Automotive industry, At least 5 years of leading large-scale cross-functional projects, Deep understanding of automotive development or similar technical domain experience, Cross-functional collaboration experience across the product lifecycle, Experience coordinating complex issues and proactively managing risks among diverse technical/business stakeholders, Experience applying Agile development methodologies to successfully operate projects, Global team collaboration or English-based communication skills
Nice to Have
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.), Experience in automotive or platform development and mass production PM
What You'll Do.
Oversee program development and execution to meet quality
and business objectives
Coordinate cross-functional organizations based on collaboration with various related organizations
Operate effective risk management system and proactively manage key issues
Establish development and execution plans for timely parts supply according to Pre-production Build schedule
Manage key performance indicators such as issue and change management
and system performance
Lead alignment and decision-making on program execution direction with internal and external related departments and partners
Maintain close collaboration with clients
Support smooth communication and collaboration between clients and development organizations
Establish and operate project budget
Manage costs and investment plans based on forecasts
