What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of progressive VDI experience, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7. 15 and later, Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix NetScaler / ADC / VPX, Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM), App Layering, Liquidware Profile Unity, Hyper-V, VMware VDI experience, HP AnyConnect, Leostream, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Windows Server clustering, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible, System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM), VMware vCenter 6. 7, Active Directory administration, Group Policy administration, Home directory management, Profile management, Desktop software provisioning
What You'll Do.
Operate as go-to authority on VDI
and maintain virtual desktop environment
Serve as SME for diagnosing VDI issues
Provide Tier 3/4 escalation support
Optimize desktops for interoperability
Act as liaison between VDI technologies
Drive process automation and improvement
Manage identity lifecycle
Conduct trade studies
Make build vs. buy recommendations
