Must Have
B. Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience, 5+ years experience in electro-optics or electrical measurements, Experience with establishing complex lab setups using various high-speed lab optical equipment (VOA, Optical spectrum analyzer, optical power meters etc. ), Creativity in finding solutions to tough problems, problem-solving, debugging, and analysis with examples to prove it
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience in lab measurements with an emphasis on high-speed electro-optical designs, Experience in data analysis, Basic scripting skills

Hands on qualification activities and failure debugging for new optical products
Defining testing requirements for new products based on electrical and optical specifications
Leading data-driven discussions about the product functionality and areas for improvement
Working in front of various test teams
