Must Have
7+ years of experience working across both UX and UI, Hands-on experience working with AI in digital products, Experience working with design systems in scalable environments, Excellent ability to translate concepts into concrete, high-quality interfaces, Experience working closely with developers and understanding technical constraints, Ability to structure and clarify requirements end-to-end, Pragmatic, confident, and collaborative mindset, Solid experience with Figma or similar tools, Experience working with accessibility standards (WCAG), Fluent in Swedish
Nice to Have
Experience conducting user testing in fast-paced environments, Data-driven design experience, Experience with complex flows (e.g. e-commerce, booking)
