### Job Title **Senior UX/UI Designer** ### Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join an innovative UK-facing digital agency, Creating purposeful, high-performing websites that reduce environmental impact without compromising on beauty or functionality. You will work closely with the founder, leading projects from concept through to delivery, crafting thoughtful, bespoke digital experiences that are lean, efficient, and impactful. If you are passionate about design that makes a difference and want to contribute to a forward-thinking agency serving UK clients, this role offers both creative ownership and meaningful impact. ### Responsibilities * Design bespoke UX/UI solutions tailored to each client — avoiding templates and unnecessary design elements * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that prioritise usability and efficiency * Apply sustainable web design principles, ensuring minimal page weight and optimised digital assets * Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clean, efficient implementation * Present design concepts and strategic thinking confidently to clients * Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met * Contribute to the development of internal design systems, standards, and brand identity * Maintain organised design files, assets, and component libraries * Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and performance best practices ### Qualifications and Experience **Essential:** * Minimum of 8 years’ experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a digital or creative agency * A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar industry-stan
