4-7+ years UX/UI Design experience, Portfolio demonstrating complex digital products, Exceptional English communication skills (C1+ minimum), Experience conducting user research, Experience with user flows, Experience with information architecture, Experience with wireframing, Experience with prototyping, Experience with interaction design, Advanced proficiency with Figma, Advanced proficiency with FigJam, Experience working closely with software engineers, Experience working with cross-functional product teams, Self-starter mentality, Proven ability to operate independently, Proven ability to drive projects forward
