What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in HCI, Information Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or related field, Equivalent experience in an industry setting, 5+ years proven track record conducting UX Research, Designing, running, and reporting on own studies, Expertise in qualitative user research methodologies, Expertise in quantitative user research methodologies, Demonstrated ability to make measurable impact, Turning insights into action, Excellent facilitation skills, Excellent consensus building skills, Excellent persuasion skills, Excellent presentation skills, Experience working on a cross-functional product development team
