What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-6+ years of UX research experience in a product company, not an agency., Proven track record of running both qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end., Experience designing and running user interviews, usability tests, and surveys independently, from question design to analysis to recommendations., experience analyzing user behavior using session recording tools (Clarity, Hotjar, FullStory) and product analytics (Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar)., Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable, prioritized insights., Experience running customer surveys that generate statistically meaningful results., understanding of conversion funnels, A testing, and iterative optimization processes., Excellent written and verbal communication, you present research clearly to non-researchers and advocate for both the user and the business., Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive research projects from question to outcome.
Nice to Have
Experience working on D2C SaaS or subscription-based products., Background in behavioral psychology, customer journey mapping, or user onboarding optimization., Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) tools and frameworks., Experience building a research practice from scratch or in an early-stage team., Experience mentoring or guiding junior researchers.

and regularly updated.
