What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–7+ years of experience in UX Research or related field, Fluent in Arabic and English, experience in qualitative research and user interviews, Good understanding of quantitative methods (surveys, data analysis), Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams, Experience working closely with product and design teams, Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, travel, or marketplace products, Experience conducting field research with operational users (e. g. , drivers, couriers), Familiarity with analytics tools and behavioural data
