Must Have
Experience with Qualitative Research methodologies like Interviews, Group discussions, online Diaries, Surveys and blogs, Capability to carry out on ground as well as online consumer interactions, Familiarity with video conferencing tools (e. g. , Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for conducting remote interviews and usability studies, Interact with the client to understand their needs, Guide the customer on the appropriate research strategy that addresses their business objectives, Design the discussion guide / questionnaire / research framework, Analyse the information and create insights / synthesize findings, Create the report for the client, Create reports in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Design proposals / pitches for client studies, Manage the overall project end to end, Be the key point of contact for the client, Moderate interviews, manage diary studies
What You'll Do.
Liaise with clients for projects briefing
Ensure quality delivery by identifying process improvement
Exceed client expectations from project inception
Maintain high level of quality for client deliverables
Resolve escalations and proactively taking corrective measures
Keep clients and supervisor in the loop
Contribute to team meetings by being prepared
