**Job Description:** **_Experience: 10 + Years_** ** _Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Flexible/WFH an option_** ** _Key Skills and Responsibilities (non-technical) –_** * Empathy, to be able to understand and share the feeling of users. * Active listening to be able to listen to users during interviews and discussions and elicit understanding, that can be leveraged to elicit required information and nuanced insights. * Observational skills to observe non-verbal cues, to extract valuable insights. * Analytical thinking to analyse complex qualitative data, spot patterns and derive insights, to provide actionable outcomes for the client. * Problem solving ability, to solve multiple technical non-technical issues that can occur through the whole research journey starting from client conversation/briefing, recruitment, moderations, analysis and reporting. * Cultural awareness and sensitivity, to ensure that the researcher is respectful and inclusive towards participants coming from all walks of life and diverse cultural backgrounds. * Communication skill is vital to explain one’s perspective to client as well as internal team members. * Strong written and verbal communication skills help in creating multiple research documents. * Collaboration, to be able to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (team members) and external stakeholders (vendors and clients) to carry out projects effectively and efficiently. * Flexibility and adaptability, to be able to adjust to any unexpected developments in projects and to be able to effectively handle and solve any research related or operational issues on the go. * Closely liaise with clients for projects briefing and post study information. * Business acumen to facilitate discussions with customers on how research findings impact their research and business goals. * Ensure quality delivery by identifying process improvement and standardization opportunities to assist with efficiency. * Consistently exceed client expectations
