Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, HCI, Information Architecture, or a related field, At least 5 years of experience designing and launching software or informatics products in environments such as healthcare, logistics, defense, or similar industries, Proven experience working in Scrum or Agile development teams, knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, InVision, Axure, SolidWorks, Dreamweaver CC, PhoneGap Build, or similar, Solid understanding of presentation and front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XAML, and native platforms, with awareness of accessibility standards, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have

A Master's or PhD in a related discipline is a plus

## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **About the Role** Abbott is looking for a talented and experienced **Senior UX / Product Designer** to join our Diagnostics Division and play a critical role in the design of compelling informatics products. In this role, you will lead the design of **multi‑channel, interactive digital experiences** , guiding products from early concept through launch and supporting them throughout their lifecycle.
