5+ years of front-end-focused software development experience, Proficiency in React, Proficiency in Next.js, Proficiency in TypeScript, Proficiency in HTML, Proficiency in SCSS/SASS/CSS, Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Solid understanding of WebSockets, Experience with modern build tools, Experience with Git, Proficient with Jira, Proficient with Confluence, Proficiency with Figma, Experience building and maintaining component libraries, Solid grasp of accessibility (WCAG), Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools, Comfort with prompt engineering, Comfort with context management, Comfort critically evaluating AI output, Fluent English communication skills
