Must Have
7+ years of design experience, Online portfolio or work samples, Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar, Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity, Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature
Nice to Have
Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards, Experience with UX design of complex workflows, Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design, Experience acquiring user data, Experience with UX design of AI-enabled enterprise software
