Experience designing complex B2B or B2B2C products, Systems-thinking mindset, Confidence leading discovery activities, Communication and stakeholder management skills, Delivery-focused and hands-on approach, Experience using data, experimentation, customer insight, and research, Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, Adaptability in evolving environments
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Figma, Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms
